These terms govern your use of Zodiem's live AI demo agent, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

Zodiem provides a live, voice-driven AI agent that navigates your product on screen and answers questions from your own knowledge base, plus a dashboard for configuring agents, reviewing sessions, and managing leads. We're an early-stage company and continue to add and change features; we'll call out anything material here when it happens.

Your account and data

You're responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge you upload and for the content your agent is configured to say. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to submit content you don't have the right to share, to impersonate a real person without consent, or in a way intended to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the underlying service beyond ordinary evaluation.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't currently publish a formal uptime SLA. If that changes for a specific plan, it will be stated on the Pricing page, not implied here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
