Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Zodiem collects, uses, and protects data when you use our live demo agent, dashboard, and related services.

What we collect

When you use a live demo, we store the email and name you provide, a full transcript of your conversation with the agent, and a periodic screenshot of the demo session. When you submit the "Talk to Sales" form, we store your name, email, company, and message. This data is stored in our own database and is not sent to any third-party analytics or ad service.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train any model, ours or anyone else's. Your workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace.

Third-party services we use

Generating a live conversation involves sending your audio/text to our speech and AI providers (Anthropic, Deepgram, ElevenLabs) to produce a response; this is governed by each provider's own privacy policy in addition to ours. Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe directly — we store only the resulting subscription status, never full card details.

Your data, your control

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below. Dashboard access is restricted to your own team's invited members.
